While in-person mail pickup is always an option during business hours, clients on the Digital Mail Plan or Premium Business Plan receive digital mail notifications and have access to mail forwarding — meaning your mail can come to you regardless of where you're working. For clients on the Basic Business Address plan, in-person pickup is the standard method of mail collection.
